Cleanroom Certification Periodic Monitoring Programs:

(A) Development and documentation of regularly scheduled certification and/or routine monitoring programs to assure conformance with current industry guidelines for:

(1) clean room facilities
(2) laminar air-flow benches
(3) metrology labs
(4) fume/ exhaust hoods

Minimal Cleanroom Certification to include:

1) Air Flow, Volume, Velocity, Uniformity Test

2) Hepa Filter Installation Leak Test

3) Room Pressure

4) Particle Count

 5) Temperature and Relative Humidity Test

Optional Tests Available:

 1) Visual Airflow Characterization

 2) Light Level Test

 3) Noise Level Test

(B) HEPA/ULPA Filter Leak Testing (Bench Testing)

(C) Differential Pressure Gage Calibration.

(D) Re-Balancing of the supply/return air system(s).

(E) Air Pressure Balancing/Re-Balancing of Critical Areas.

(F) While doing the certification, we observe your personnel's cleanroom discipline's and protocol, housekeeping procedures, the cleanroom's integrity and bring or observations to your attention at the exit meeting, prior to our departure, any items that may enhance your overall cleanroom operation, so that they can be implemented immediately.
