2) Hepa Filter Installation Leak Test

3) Room Pressure

4) Particle Count

 3) Noise Level Test

 4) Temperature and Relative Humidity Test

(B) HEPA/ULPA Filter Leak Testing (Bench Testing)

(C) HEPA Filter Change Out Programs.

(D) Differential Pressure Gage Calibration.

(E) Re-Balancing of the supply/return air system(s).

(F) Air Pressure Balancing/Re-Balancing of Critical Areas.

(G) While doing the certification, we observe your personnel's cleanroom discipline's and protocol, housekeeping procedures. the cleanroom's integrity and bring to your attention at the exit meeting, prior to our departure, any items that may enhance your overall cleanroom operation, so that they can be implemented immediately.

Because most contactors only provide you a finished cleanroom, with a  cursory wipedown, we take it to the next level and offer you, the enduser, hands-on supervision of your personnel on the precision cleaning of your cleanroom in conjunction with a seminar on the Do's - Don't  and Why's of proper cleanroom protocol, thereby providing you with a complete one stop for your most critical cleanroom services.
