Clean Room Performance Investigations of Existing Facilities:

(A) HEPA Filter Efficiency - Temperature/Relative Humidity Profiling - Room Pressurization - Airborne Particle Counts.

(B) Contaminant Control Investigations Pertaining to Production Defect/Yield Enhancements tailored to your specific requirements.

1. Monitor and Measure particle contamination through airborne particle monitoring and particle fallout witness plate testing.

2. Perform analysis of particle contamination through SEM, ESCA, Fourier Transform Analysis and additional methods to determine source of contamination.

3. Design and Implement contamination control corrective actions and operational procedures that are specifically designed to address the unique needs and requirements of the process found in question. 

(C) Review of your exiting Personnel Protocol, Housekeeping and Custodial Procedures.

(D) Review of existing Operational, Maintenance, Housekeeping and Custodial SOP' manuals.

(E) Review of existing Airflow Management Practices.
